Meet the Founder

Michelle H. Lee

Hi! My name is Michelle Lee, Founder of Grace & Dignity Companion Care.

Born and raised in Los Angeles, California, my journey brought me to Western New York and the Finger Lakes region, which I am proud to now call home.

I am a New York State Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certified through the American Heart Association, with hands-on experience providing care in private homes, rehabilitation centers, skilled nursing facilities, and assisted living communities.  I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Cognitive Science, along with additional nursing coursework and clinical training.

Throughout my experience in healthcare, I have seen how meaningful dedicated, one-on-one attention can be. That inspired me to create Grace & Dignity Companion Care— a service centered on personalized support, genuine connection, dignity, and respect.

Advocacy is an important part of the care I provide.  I listen closely, pay attention to changes and concerns, and communicate with families and care teams when appropriate to help ensure each person’s needs, preferences, comfort, and dignity remain at the center of their care.
